Faculty Bio: Pam Adams
Pam Adams performs flute and piccolo in the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra 52-week season with Miquel Harth-Bedoya, conductor. In leadership, she has served as Vice-Chairman of the FWSO Players Committee for the past six years and is the “Heart and Flowers” Committee for the orchestra. Co-Chairman of the Myrna Brown Artist Competition, sponsored by the Texas Flute Society, she was also the first winner of the competition. As a music educator, Ms. Adams developed the highly acclaimed instrumental program at Lake Country Christian School in Fort Worth, Texas. She and her husband, vocalist Robert Adams, served on the music staff at Maranatha Bible Conference in Muskegon, Michigan for 15 summers and are the parents of three children.
