Melissa Williamson

MWF '05-'08, has just finished her fourth summer at MasterWorks and is excited about her future. After completing her Masters from Oklahoma State in music pedagogy and performance she was unsure where God wanted her to go. At just the right moment an email arrived in her inbox for a job position she did not even apply for. Right after MasterWorks 2008, she packed up and moved to Winfield, Kansas where she is starting her first official job. Miss Williamson will be teaching Music Theory 2 and 3, launching a community music school, teaching the flute studio, recruiting for the music department, playing principle in the concert band, and working part time with the campus life department of Southwestern College. "I am hoping to start a Bible study with the young faculty members on-campus and pray before every class." Southwestern is a Methodist affliated school, where Melissa received her undergraduate degree. Please pray for this transition and look forward to testimonies to come!
