Lynn Gorman DeVelder
HarpLynn Gorman-DeVelder holds a Bachelor of Music degree from the State University of New York State College at Fredonia and a Master of Music degree and Performer's Certificate from the Indiana University School of Music in Bloomington, Indiana, where she studied with Susann McDonald. Ms. Gorman DeVelder has performed with the New World Symphony, Civic Orchestra of Chicago, the Maryland Symphony, the El Paso Symphony, the El Paso Opera, the Phoenix Symphony, the New Mexico Symphony, and has been substitute principal harp with the Louisiana Philharmonic Orchestra. Formerly of the "President's Own" U.S. Marine Band in Washington, D.C., where she has also performed as chamber musician and soloist, Lynn now performs and teaches in Albuquerque, NM.
