MasterWorks Festival Timeline

March 31

• Early Application Deadline
• Early Application Fee: $40 USD

April 1

• Application Fee increases to $60.00 USD
• Applications accepted on an as-needed basis

April 30

• Financial Aid Form Applications due
• $300 USD down payment due

June 1

• Tuition Balance due for accepted students
• Application Fee increases to $100.00 USD
• All applications and audition materials sent after this date are subject to the increased application fee.

June 16

• 1:00 - 5:00 PM Registration for Technical Interns

June 19

• Registration and Orientation for Dorm Counselors

June 20

• 1:00 - 5:00 PM Registration for Dance, Orchestra, Intensive Study, and Theatre students
• 5:30 - Orientation for arriving students
• 7:30 PM - opening night Faculty Recital

June 21

• Placement auditions for orchestra, piano, and chamber ensembles

July 18

8:30 - 9:45 AM - Student and Faculty Checkout 10:00 AM - Final Sunday Morning Worship Service 1:00 - 5:00 PM - Student and Faculty Checkout

July 19

• Last day for dorm counselors
