MasterWorks Festival Timeline

March 1

  • Early Application Deadline
  • Early Application Fee: $40 USD

March 2

  • Application Fee increases to $60.00 USD
  • Applications accepted on an as-needed basis

April 1

  • Financial Aid Application Forms due
May 1
  • Student forms postmark deadline
  • $300 USD deposit due
  • Concerto and Vocal Competition scores postmark deadline

June 1

  • Tuition Balance due for students

June 13

  • 1:00 - 5:00 PM Registration for Technical Interns

June 16

  • Registration and Orientation for Dorm Counselors
  • Registration for Orchestra violin students

June 17

  • 1:00 - 5:00 PM Registration for Dance, Orchestra, Intensive Study, and Theatre students
  • 5:30 - Orientation for arriving students
  • 7:30 PM - opening night Faculty Recital

June 18

  • Placement auditions for orchestra, piano, and chamber ensembles

July 15

  • 10:00 AM - Final Sunday Morning Worship Service
  • 12:00 PM - Students must be checked out of dorm room, but may wait in the dorm lobbies for their departure times.
  • 12:00-5:00 PM - Students check out at the MasterWorks Festival Office (Westminster)

July 16

  • Dorm Counselor check out

July 17

  • Tech Intern check out of dorm rooms before 10:00 AM
  • Responsibilities end at 1:00PM
