Faculty Bio: Alan Harrell

MM Cleveland Institute. Studied with Carlton McCreery and Stephen Geber. Mr. Harrell was the winner of the CIM Cello Prize in 1994 and has been a member of the Cleveland Orchestra since 1995. Prior to that, he was a member of the Virginia Symphony. Mr. Harrell’s other orchestral experience includes participation in the Sir Gorg Solti Orchestra Project in Carnegie Hall, and a term in the National Repertory Orchestra.
